Mass at St Ambrose, Woodend

On Sunday 18 April 2021 Young Voices of Macedon provided music at Mass at the parish of St Ambrose, leading the congregational singing and performing communion anthems. Although it was school holidays there was a really great turn up of choristers who enjoyed singing in the wonderful acoustic of this beautiful church. The Cantabile group sang an uplifting 3-part arrangement of the text Exsultate Jubilate, and the young singers of the Vivo group presented The Butterfly Song with excellent intonation and energetic actions. Following the service children, parents and teachers repaired to the local children's park for fun, games and a picnic lunch.
